Greenwich Vietnam announces that we are now receiving applications for the 2024 intake. The details are as follows: 

1. Admission Quota

In 2024, Greenwich Vietnam plans to admit 2,400 students across all majors.

2. Program Information

Greenwich Vietnam offers original undergraduate programs from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. The program has a duration of 3 years, with 3 semesters each year. All programs are taught in English.

3. Study mode

Full-time study under a transnational education program

4. Eligibility

Applicants must be high school graduates or the equivalent.

5. Entry requirements

5.1. High School Transcript Results: 

• A minimum GPA of 7.0/10 for Grade 12, 1st Semester of Grade 12 or Grade 11; 

5.2. High School Graduation Exam Results: 

• Total score of 3 subjects in Groups A, B, C, D, H, and V (including subgroups in compliance with the MOET regulations, no subject score is multiplied).
• The matriculation scores will be announced on the official website of Greenwich Vietnam after the exam results are available.

5.3. Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University’s Highschool Student Assessment (HSA) Results

5.4. International Qualifications:

Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:

• Cambridge Advanced Level Certificate (A level)
• International Baccalaureate (IB) Certificate
• High school diploma with a SAT 1 score still valid, from 800 points and above
• High school diploma in other countries.

Applicants with qualifications awarded by foreign educational institutions must obtain the recognition certification from the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.

Applicants who apply for Computing and Artificial Intelligence are required to have a minimum score of 7.0/10 for one of three subjects including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. 

Special cases will undergo individual assessment through interviews conducted by the Admissions Council. Priority will be given to applicants who submit their admission applications early.

6. Learning Pathway:

The program is structured into two stages, including the Global Personal Competency Program and Undergraduate Program – University of Greenwich (United Kingdom). Applicants with an IELTS certificate of 6.0+ or TOEFL iBT 60+ will directly enter the Undergraduate Program.

6.1. Stage 1: Global Personal Competency Program

Duration: up to 12 months, depending on the English proficiency level of the applicant.

The program equips students with 10 Key Skill Sets including:

1. English Language Proficiency ((from Basic/Fundamentals level to Level 5, each level lasting 2 months). Curriculum: Roadmap series by Pearson Publishers, ranging from A2 to B2+
2. Communication, Presentation and Debate Skills
3. Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
4. Creativity
5. Leadership and Teamwork
6. Adaptability and Resilience
7. Global Citizenship and Cultural Awareness
8. Entrepreneurial Mindset
9. Ethical Decision-Making
10. Personal Growth and Well-being

6.2. Stage 2: Undergraduate Program – University of Greenwich (United Kingdom)

Applicants will be directly enrolled in the Undergraduate Program if they have one of the two valid international English certificates (as of the application deadline): IELTS 6.0+ or TOEFL iBT 60+.

Applicants who do not meet the English language requirements mentioned above will enter the Global Personal Competency Program for a period of 2 to 12 months (depending on their proficiency in the entrance English placement test). Students will proceed to the major after achieving Level 5 (Roadmap B2+) and obtaining a language proficiency certificate equivalent to Level 4/6 on the Foreign Language Proficiency Framework used in Vietnam.

Language of study: 100% English

Duration: 3 years, comprising 9 semesters, with each semester lasting 4 months.

The On-the-Job-Training (OJT) program – Practical training in a business environment – is organized in the third year of the Undergraduate Program.

7. Enrollment Date:

New Academic Year Commencement: 03/08/2024 (tentative)

Applicants who graduated from high school in 2023 or earlier can enroll at different times throughout the year.
