Overview

The program helps students to understand how computer systems are developed and offers knowledge and understanding of how to design and build them. Students also develop the personal and professional skills needed to communicate and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The program enables graduates:

  • to have a deep understanding of and can critically apply the body of knowledge in the discipline of computing within a multinational environment.
  • who will have a secure foundation in computing for the pursuit of professional qualifications and higher degrees.
  • to have developed, within the context of computing, transferable life-long practical abilities, analytical techniques and problem-solving skills that can be applied in many types of employment.
  • who are able to evaluate evidence, arguments and assumptions, to reach sound judgements, and to communicate effectively using suitable techniques. To produce graduates who are educated in the theory, technology, practice and application of computing.

Learning and assessment

Students who meet the English entry requirements directly enter the degree program.
Students’ learning progress is monitored and evaluated through assignments, individual projects, group projects, and final year projects.
Students have 03 months to do an internship at enterprises – On the job training (OJT) program.
During the course, students are guided by a team of dedicated, experienced and highly qualified lecturers from the most advanced educational backgrounds and have been educated in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore. , …
Class sizes are always under 25 students, which optimises interaction between lecturers and students throughout the learning process.

High school graduates who wish to apply to Greenwich Vietnam need to achieve one of the qualifications listed below.

1. High School Academic Results:

  • A minimum GPA of 7.0/10 for Grade 12, 1st Semester of Grade 12 or Grade 11; 
  • Students who apply for Computing and Artificial Intelligence are required to have a minimum score of 7.0/10 for one of three subjects including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. 

2. Vietnam National High School Graduation Examination Results

  • A minimum score of 20 for 3 subjects in Groups A, B, C, D, H, and V (including subgroups in compliance with the MOET regulations, no subject score is multiplied).
  • Students who apply for Computing and Artificial Intelligence are required to have a minimum score of 7.0/10 for one of three subjects including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. 

3. Vietnam National University Competency Assessment Examination Results: Matriculation scores will be announced after the exam results are available.

4. International Qualifications:

  • International A-levels
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma
  • 800 SAT 1 Score and above
  • High School Certificate in countries outside Vietnam

Candidates with other qualifications will be interviewed by the admission committee.
