Overview

For students with excellent organisational skills, the  pathway of Events Management opens the door to a prosperous career in the event industry.

The Events Management pathway covers from basic business theory to management skills, project management and event organisation, which enables students to understand how to design, finance, market and evaluate events.

Learning and assessment

Students who meet the English entry requirements directly enter the degree program.
Students’ learning progress is monitored and evaluated through assignments, individual projects, group projects, and dissertation.
Students have 03 months to do an internship at enterprises – On the job training (OJT) program.
During the course, students are guided by a team of dedicated, experienced and highly qualified lecturers from the most advanced educational backgrounds and have been educated in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore. , …

Popular areas for events management careers include corporate events, festivals, cultural and music events, weddings and conferences, as well as hospitality, tourism, marketing and PR.

High school graduates who wish to apply to Greenwich Vietnam need to achieve one of the qualifications listed below.

1. High School Transcript Results: 

  • A minimum GPA of 7.0/10 for Grade 12, 1st Semester of Grade 12 or Grade 11; 

2. High School Graduation Exam Results

  • Total score of 3 subjects in Groups A, B, C, D, H, and V (including subgroups in compliance with the MOET regulations, no subject score is multiplied).
  • The matriculation scores will be announced on the official website of Greenwich Vietnam after the exam results are available.

3. Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University’s Highschool Student Assessment (HSA) Results

  • The matriculation scores will be announced on the official website of Greenwich Vietnam after the exam results are available.

4. International Qualifications:

Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Cambridge Advanced Level Certificate (A level)
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) Certificate
  • High school diploma with a SAT 1 score still valid, from 800 points and above
  • High school diploma in other countries.

Applicants with qualifications awarded by foreign educational institutions must obtain the recognition certification from the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.

Applicants who apply for Computing and Artificial Intelligence are required to have a minimum score of 7.0/10 for one of three subjects including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. 

Special cases will undergo individual assessment through interviews conducted by the Admissions Council. Priority will be given to applicants who submit their admission applications early.
