To help students develop their abilities before entering the internship environment at businesses, as part of a series of workshops to support skills for students in the OJT term. A session on how to adapt to a new work environment was conducted by the corporate relations department. The following details regarding the program are provided:

– Participants: Spring 2023 OJT students (required), as well as those with an interest in the subject.
